The Florecence basic body construction of pneumatic fenderconsist of an out rubber, synthetic-tire-

cord layer for reinforcement and an inner rubber. All of these werevulcanized firmly in the mould

in an autoclave.

Detailed structure of Florescence pneumatic fenders

(1) Outer rubber

The Out rubber layer that covers the outside of the fender is designed to protect the cord layers andinner

rubber from abrasion and other external forces.

This rubber compound shall have sufficient tensile and tear resistance strength to withstandanticipated

weather conditions and sever usage. This rubber satisfies the values specified in Table 3of ISO-17357:2000.

The color of out rubber is black and thickness is not less than5mm.

(2) Reinforcement synthetic cord layers or Canvas fabric cord layer

The reinforcement synthetic cord layer is designed as per the requirements of Clause A3. of ISO17357-2002.

(3) Inner rubber

This inner rubber layer seals the air inside.

This rubber satisfies the requirements satisfied in Table 3 of ISO 17357:2000

(4) Flanged opening

The flange opening which is mounted on one end of the fender accommodated air valve, air chargevalve, for

convenience of air and water charge and release

(5)Safety valve

Our fender is equipped with tested safety valve for release of excess internal pressure whenaccidentally

compressed. The safety valve is specially designed for high pressure floating pneumaticfender. And set to

release air over 175kPa in side of fender by the accidentally compressed.

(6)Air valve/water valve
